What do I do if the DTG printer is not reading the USB drive?

If the DTG printer is not reading the USB drive, make sure: 

1. The USB drive is 8 GB or less. 

2. It is formatted to FAT32. 

   

   • To check if it is formatted to FAT32, right-click on your USB and click “Properties.” 
   • If it is not formatted to FAT32, you need to reformat it. Right-click on your USB and click “Format.” Then, select “FAT32.” 
3. That you are only using a PRN file.  
4. That the PRN file is loaded in the USB.
