Applications will produce ERROR 1001 if the app is either not configured at all or configured incorrectly.
If you receive this error message you must configure the device by:
- Go into the mobile device’s main screen
- Select Settings
- Browse to Lookup AEO or Restock AEO App (depending on which app giving the error)
- Configure the Space Server FQDN per the following standard:
- Format: us000xxxRFID.stores.ae.com (xxx is the store number)
- Example: FQDN Entry for store 2415 would be us002415rfid.stores.ae.com
- Exit the Setting App
- Restart the Lookup or Restock App
- Try again
