Is your device not tracking your trips correctly? If so, you will need to reset your device. Reset instructions:
Step 1.
Check to make sure the device is completely plugged into your vehicle. Try taking the device out completely and reinstalling by plugging it back into the port. You can even try to push the in further or to wiggle it into place.
Once you have confirmed that your Pulse has been properly installed, if a red light is still not turning on on the device or if the device is still not tracking properly, move onto step 2.
