If checklists are not loading on an iPad tablet, carry out the following:
- Make sure the iPad is charged above 30%:
- If not, charge the iPad to more than 30%.
- Try loading the checklists in the ComplianceMate app.
- Check Wi-Fi in Settings to confirm that the iPad is connected to a network that has Internet connectivity:
- If not, connect to a known Wi-Fi network.
- Try loading the checklists in the ComplianceMate app.
- In the ComplianceMate app, carry out a manual Sync and then see if the checklists will load (see Manually Synchronizing Data).
- Restart the iPad:
- Close the ComplianceMate app.
- Press and hold the top button until the power off slide appears.
- Drag the slide to Off.
- Wait 30 seconds.
- Turn the iPad on by pressing and holding the top button until the Apple log appears.
- Once the tablet has restarted, start the ComplianceMate and see if the checklists load.
- Re-register the iPad:
- Access Account Settings and make sure that there is nothing typed in the User ID, Password, or Account fields on the Login Information screen.
- Register the tablet with the location (see Registering a Tablet with a Location).
- Carry out a manual Sync (see Manually Synchronizing Data).
- See if the checklists now load.
