There are a few things to consider when an email is not sent from the Service Report:
1. Make sure there is a data connection.
2. Check for multiple emails in a SINGLE email area.
a. Under Admin>Settings>General, confirm there is only ONE email address in the 'Admin Email' field (default reply-to address).
b. Under Admin>Settings>Work Order>Service Report, confirm there is only ONE email address in the 'Service Report Email Reply-To Address' field.
c. Under Admin>Settings>Quotes, confirm there is only ONE email address in the 'Electronic Quote Email Reply-To Address' field.
3. Confirm the outgoing email address does not have any spaces.
