2. Click on "Update Settings".
3. Click on "Billings".
4. Select "Cancel Subscription".
It is important to note that cancelling the PLUS membership means multiple benefits will be lost.
When families cancel the PLUS membership, they lose multiple benefits, including:
- Recommended candidates from your hiring assistant
- Ability to manage and track your candidates
- 20% more profile views from the featured profile
- 5 background checks
- Payroll processing, withholdings, and tax filing
When nannies cancel the PLUS membership, they lose multiple benefits, including:
- 20% more profile views from the featured profile
- Early access to future new jobs
After you cancel your subscription, you will receive an email with the expiration date. You will still have access to all PLUS membership features until expiration, which means that nannies and families can continue using the PLUS features during this time.
